Design your Spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel. This is called the Source Workbook. It is any Excel workbook that contains Field Markers. Field Markers specify where data will be inserted.

The Generation of the Spreadsheet is done completely natively, without Microsoft Excel. Furthermore SpeedGen is highly optimized and can write 192,000 cells in under 3 seconds on an 866mhz PIII (16,000 rows x 12 cols of numeric and string data). (* Bottlenecks may occur if your database is slow or the EstimatedSize property is set too low)
